President Muhammadu Buhari attending to some files in his
office as he resumed duties at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
President Muhammadu Buhari and all but one of the thirty six
governors of the federation are in a crucial meeting at the presidential
villa.
The governor of Bayelsa state, Seriake Dickson was
represented by his deputy, Admiral John Jonah.
Top on the agenda of the meeting which began at about 10am
Tuesday is the issue of inability of some states to pay workers salaries and
the request by some state governors for a bail out from the Federal government.
President Buhari on Monday lamented that the treasury was
virtually empty with millions of dollars in loans and call on Nigerians to be
patient and understanding with his government.
