Pep Guardiola will leave Bayern Munich to take over the
reigns of Manchester City from next season, according to reports.
Qatari-based global sports channel BeIn Sports is reporting
that Guardiola has already signed a deal that will see him become the Premier
League club's boss once his Bayern contract expires in the summer of 2016.
Guardiola has strong ties with Qatar, have previously played
there for two seasons with Al-Ahli and also being linked with the head coaching
role for the Qatari national team.
It is understood that Guardiola's testy relationship with
Bayern's top brass has paved the way for a move away from the Allianz Arena at
the end of this season, with Manchester now the likely destination.
