Gala Chicken Sausage Roll Launches

UAC Foods Limited (UFL), a joint venture business between UAC of Nigeria Plc., and Tiger Brands Limited, a leading South African Foods Company has launched the Gala Chicken Sausage Roll into the market.

The new Gala Chicken Sausage Roll, the first of its kind in the category, was introduced into the market as an extension to the Gala brand during the launch held in Lagos with the trade partners recently.

Gala Chicken Sausage Roll is a lacerated pastry with pure chicken filling that comes in a beautifully designed wrapper using a combination of green, red and yellow colours.

Speaking during the launch, the Managing Director of UAC Foods Limited, Dr. Tawanda Mushuku, said the new Gala Chicken Sausage Roll is an innovative extension to the Gala brand which remains the No 1 and favourite sausage roll brand among Nigerians.

He explained that Gala Chicken Sausage Roll is a response to the yearnings of  the teeming consumers Gala obtained through a dedicated consumer research/feedback mechanism and relentless efforts of UFL’s Research and Product Development Department.
