Alabi made this known while delivering a paper at the first Women in Marketing Conference and Awards (WIMCA) held at the Muson Centre, Lagos, recently.
She described the new outfit as a media consulting firm, adding that “I will be working with a number of organisations, industry policy workers, content developers and distributors.”
Alabi, who ranked 11th on Forbes list of Africa’s Most Powerful Women in the Media, is credited as the brain behind the expansion of the Africa Magic channels brand across the continent and the creation of the African Movies Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) during her five-year tenure as M-net’s MD.
