The Daily Express says Busquets is one of world football's top midfield schemers, and is also being hunted by the likes of Bayern Munich and PSG.
According to reports in Germany, Barcelona are eager to offer Busquets a new deal as Luis Enrique looks to rebuild the club following a disastrous campaign last season.
However, like former team-mate Victor Valdes, Busquets is keeping his eye open for a new challenge after spending his entire career so far with the Catalan giants.
Valdes is now training in England with United, and Busquets could be tempted by a switch to the Premier League next summer.
